I have just had a new patio completed in Marshalls Drivesett Savanna block paving. The colour I chose was ‘Autumn’ with a Pennant Grey border and it looks absolutely fantastic. I can’t thank Andrew and his team at AMS Building and Landscaping enough for the advice, planning and skilled hard work that they put in.
The quote Andrew gave me for the patio was the price I paid and the work was completed on schedule.
During the excavation of the patio base it became apparent that I had problems with the old drains at the rear of the bungalow, which was built in the 1960’s. Consequently, I agreed to Andrew and his team either replacing or repairing all the drainage at an extremely fair and reasonable cost and although this work created nearly a whole day’s work, the patio still came in on schedule.
I have already discussed further work that I would like Andrew to do in the future.
